Salvatore Cuomo (Shigeta) is an Italian-born Japanese celebrity chef, restaurateur and media personality, known for his food television shows and cookbooks and for his restaurants across Asia.

Known in Japan as “The Pizza Man” and “The Grand Chef”, for almost forty years he has brought authentic Italian cuisine — above all real Neapolitan pizza — to Japan and Asia.

Casa Cuomo is his most personal brand: the warmth of a Neapolitan family kitchen, “La mia casa è la tua casa”.
