Casa Cuomo is a brand of Salvatore Cuomo International, the group founded by Chef Salvatore Cuomo. The group is currently in strong expansion in Japan.
What we do
Franchising — we franchise the CASA CUOMO CAFE, CASA CUOMO BURGER and CASA CUOMO PIZZERIA brands to our partners.
Consulting and production — we provide consulting services to Y’s Table Corporation and manufacture products for it.
International business — in Japan, the Philippines and Indonesia, Salvatore Cuomo Shigeta is the franchisor of the SALVATORE CUOMO and CASA CUOMO brands.
Product brand — we develop ITALYERIA, our brand of frozen Italian cuisine.
The Casa Cuomo brand belongs to the Salvatore Cuomo group. All restaurants and products under the Casa Cuomo name use the brand with the permission of the group.
Indonesia
We are looking for local partners
We want to expand the casual lines of Casa Cuomo in Indonesia: CC Burger, CC Caffè and CC Pizzeria. We offer the brand, the recipes, kitchen training by Chef Salvatore Cuomo’s team and full support for opening and operations.
